Once your order has been processed at our warehouse, and is on its way to your delivery address, you will receive a shipping confirmation email stating the unique tracking number from one of our courier agents. Simply click on your tracking link appended in the email to follow the status of your order.
Please note that once your order has been shipped out, we do not have any control over any delays caused during transit. While we endeavor to work with our logistics partners and delivery couriers to track and trace your order, and provide you with a seamless experience, we seek your understanding that we will try our best to resolve any issues that you may encounter.
