We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away.
We subject all items to QC prior to shipping out. However, in the off chance that you have received a defective item or a wrong order. Kindly submit a contact request with your order ID, and attach pictures clearly showing the defective item / wrong order(s) received alongside with your order invoice.
Further instructions will be given upon receiving the above information.
If the item(s) you received isn't what you ordered, please return it back to us at our retail store within 14 days from the purchase or delivery date, in its original condition (i.e. unworn, unwashed etc.), with the proof of receipt and we'll exchange with the correct item.
Kindly note that all goods sold are non-refundable.
