All items are subjected to strict quality control prior to being shipped out.
However, in the off chance that you have received a defective item or a wrong order, kindly submit a contact request with your order ID, and attach clear pictures showing the defective item / wrong order(s) received alongside with your order invoice.
Once we received the above information, we will then be able to provide further instructions to you.
If the item(s) you received is not what you had ordered, please return it back to us at our retail store within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery, ensuring that it is in its original condition (i.e. unworn, unwashed etc.), with the proof of receipt and we will exchange it with the correct item.
